Skinny LOW CALORIE Mojito



This is a refreshing guilt free low calorie cocktail to enjoy on a hot summer day. It only takes a few minutes to make.


INGREDIENTS:

* 2-3 Oz white rum. (I use Bacardi)

* Sprite zero

* 1/2 lime

* Mint leaves

* Ice


DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut lime in 3 pieces

  2. Put lime in shaker/glass with mint leaves (If you want a flavor you can add strawberries or mangos at this step)

  3. Muddle the limes and mint leaves (If you dont have a muddle, I used to use the back of a potato masher just to get the juice out the limes)

  4. Pour rum into the shaker/glass and add ice. Shake for the shaker or stir for a glass.

  5. If using a shaker, pour into a glass and top with sprite zero

  6. Add a lime slice on the rim

  7. Enjoy!
