Tempura sushi bowl


INGREDIENTS:

* Rice

* Breaded Shrimp

* Cucumber

* Carrots

* Seaweed

* Avocado

* Edamame

* Spicy mayo or your choice of sauce




DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook your rice (I use a rice cooker for 25 minutes)

2. For your shrimp (I buy prebreaded in a bag from the store) Preheat oven and follow instructions on the bag

3. Boil water in a pot and cook edamame for 5 minutes

4. Chop cucumbers, carrots, avocado

5. Add in seaweed

6. Grab a bowl and add all ingredients and drizzle with your favorite sauce

7. Enjoy!
